I've been searching for dark brown corduroy knickers for 25 years+.!These are similar to the ones my mother had when she was late teens and I always wanted to wear them but couldn't fit them! These also fit incredibly small, I am athletic 5'10' 155 lb woman and 32" waist is usually loose and comfortable on me. Size chart would indicate I'm a S but I sized up to a L having tried S in store and was unable to even get into them. There is no way I am a 38" waist in any other clothing but they fit comfy with room. They say they stretch but that won't happen if you can't even get into them! As it is, I'm at the end of the knee buckle strap to go around my knee/upper calf! I don't understand how most men could fit into even the XL?? Bought wool terry knee socks and leg warmers and looking forwardw to autumn to wear them. Bought winter boots and sized up to 44 EU even i'm 41 EU so be wary of sizing!!
Great pants, overall. Fantastic fit, durable and beautiful colors. The pocket-layout, however, is not great, in my opinion. I would prefer a more classic set of pocketsThe zippers gets in the way and are too sharp to keep open and the leg pocket is just not practical. Despite pockets, great knickerbockers.
Det femte året jeg bruker denne, både vinter, vår, sommer og høst. Den er utrolig varm om vinteren og holder vinden ute, har brukt den i -12 grader uten annet under, regulerer kun med tykkere sokker, og kanskje en ull boxer. Puster veldig godt og har fantastisk passform som gjør deg veldig bevegelig, særlig i bratt terreng. En utrolig fin greie med nikkers synes jeg, er at du kan gå i fjellet når det er bløtt uten å bli våt og møkkete oppover innsiden av leggene. Med bukse drar du jord og møkk med deg langt oppover beina, men med nikkers slipper du dette. Kanskje ikke noe alle har behov for, men hvis du har gått i fjellet på våren/høsten vet du hva jeg mener. Kommer til å kjøpe en ny når den jeg har er sliten, men er slitesterk så blir nok noen år til. Anbefales!
A really excellent product. Very comfortable. Perfect for hikes and xx skiing. Also bought the wool socks. All excellent quality.
Herlig knickers i god kvalitet. Benyttes i hovedsak på skiturer, men også på fjellturer. Gir en helt annen frihetsfølelse enn ved bruk av bukse. Jeg bruker normalt medium (32w i bukse), men måtte opp til str. large.
