ORDERING & PAYMENT

When placing an order, the full amount is reserved on your account.
The payment is debited from your card when the order is dispatched.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Creditcard
We offer safe payments using credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc). Transactions on Amundsensports.com are processed using KLARNA, a third party secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. Additionally, we offer VIPPS payments for Norwegian customer.

PRICING

All prices are shown in local currency where available, and otherwise priced in Euros (EUR). Payments are currently accepted in the following currencies:

  • Euros (EUR)
  • US Dollars (USD)
  • Norwegian Kroner (NOK)

Orders can only be placed in the currency relating to your shipping country, and we are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.
All pricing is shown inclusive of tax.
Orders for EU, UK, Norway, Japan, Australia and Canada will be sent duty paid.
Import duty may be due on US orders above 800 USD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition for a refund or like-for-like exchange. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from amundsensports.com. For items bought with one of Amundsen Sports’ retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

If you wish to exchange your product, Amundsen Sports will cover the return shipping cost. NB! During our End of Season Sale an extraordinary fee of 39 USD / 39 EUR / 399 NOK will be deducted from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling costs linked to your exchange.
If you wish to return your product Amundsen Sports will deduct 19 USD / 19 EUR / 190 NOK from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling costs. NB! During our End of Season Sale the return fee is increased to 39 USD / 39 EUR / 399 NOK.
Our goal is to handle your return as fast as possible. Normally the return is processed within 2 working days after we receive the package. The amount subtracted the related return shipping costs will be refunded to the payment card within 7 days.

EXCHANGE

If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase, please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
EU CUSTOMERS & NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS

1. Register your return online by logging into My Account on amundsensports.com or by clicking the link in your original order conformation.
2. Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging.
Make sure the hangtags are still on.
3. Place the delivery note inside the package.
4. Properly seal the package and stick the return label you received with your order on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label if using the original packaging.
5a. Norway: Drop off the package at any post office – make sure the package gets registered.
5b. Rest of Europe: Schedule your pick up from DHL or deliver the package at any DHL pick up point.

US, CANADIAN, AUSTRALIAN & JAPANESE CUSTOMERS

1. Register your return online by logging into My Account on amundsensports.com or by clicking the link in your original order conformation.
2. Put the unused and unwashed products in appropriate packaging.
Make sure the hangtags are still on.
3. Place the delivery note inside the package.
4. Print out the return label which is sent to your email address after completion of the online return process.
5. Properly seal the package and place the return label on the outside of the parcel. Make sure to cover the original shipping label if using the original packaging.
6. Schedule a pick-up from DHL by following the link in the email you received after completion of the online return process.

If you wish to exchange your product, Amundsen Sports will cover the return shipping cost.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above 200 USD / 200 EUR / 2000 NOK. For orders under 200 USD / 200 EUR / 2000 NOK we will add a shipping fee of 20 USD / 20 EUR / 200 NOK.

SHIPPING METHODS

For all orders in EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia and Japan we ship with DHL.
For orders in Norway we ship with Bring.
All orders are processed at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden, within one business day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. We operate Monday to Friday with exception for Swedish public holidays.

Norway; 1-2 working days
EU & UK; 1-2 working days
US & Canada: 2-3 working days
Japan: 3-4 working days
Australia: 3-4 working days

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If we receive packages from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them by DHL or Bring, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return + a handling cost of 30 EUR / 300 NOK.

CLAIMS

Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Amundsen Sports Customer Services team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can be returned within twelve (12) months for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these are possible, we will offer a refund.
Claims are only accepted for items purchased directly from amundsensports.com. For items bought with one of Amundsen Sports’ retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
