RETURNS

We hope you love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return your products. Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from amundsensports.com. For items bought with one of Amundsen Sports’ retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

ORDERS

Why was my order cancelled?

Your order may have been cancelled for one of the following reasons:

1. You placed an order to a PO box, military address, or to a forwarding company. Please see our support site for details regarding this: Can I ship an order to a military address?, Can I use a forwarding company?, Can I ship an order to a PO-box?

2. You may have placed an order to an area where we do not ship. Please see our support site for a list of these areas: What countries do you ship to?

3. We are out of stock of the product you tried to order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for any of the reasons mentioned above. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email that confirms the cancelation of your order and the refund will be issued at the same time. The refund should appear back into your account in 1-7 business days.

If you still don’t know why your order was canceled, please press “Submit a request” below and include your order number and we’ll help you out.

Can I cancel/change my order?

At Amundsen Sports, we work very hard with our warehouses to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Given this, we cannot cancel orders once they have been received. Once an order has passed through our checkout system, you will need to file a return so we can refund your purchase.

The same is true for changes to your order. If you’ve ordered the wrong product/color/quantity, you can initiate a return after the delivery has been made. In the meantime, you can place a new order for the correct item(s).

Note: you must have received the order prior to initiating a return.

Where’s my order confirmation

Haven’t received your order confirmation yet? Fear not — there are a few common reasons why this could happen:

› Your e-mail address was misspelled

› The order confirmation went to your spam-folder

› The order is not yet processed in our system

If you have not received anything within 24 hours, please click on the “Contact us” button below.

I’ve received the wrong item(s)

If you’ve received the wrong item(s), please contact us by pressing “submit a request” below and choose “order” and then “order issue.”

Please include an overview photo of the product you’ve received, the tag showing the product code and your order number. We’ll do our best to handle this as quickly as possible!

Our delivery time can vary slightly depending on your location.

Our delivery time is currently:

Norway; 2-3 working days
EU & UK; 2-5 working days
US & Canada: 2-5 working days
Japan: 3-4 working days
Australia: 3-8 working days

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation from us with details on how to track your order.

*In periods with sales, special offers, launches, etc. the timeframe above may be extended with up to three more business days, (i.e. it can take up to six business days before your order is shipped)

We do everything we can to make sure you receive your order on time but can not predict nor fix unforeseen problems that pull a break on the shipment e.g., extreme weather or accidents.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

All orders from Amundsen are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)*. This means that the cost of customs/tax is included in the price you see during checkout. You will not receive any additional customs or tax after you’ve placed your order.

How much will shipping cost?

For all orders above $2000 NOK/SEK/DKK or $200 EUR/USD/CAD/GBP, we cover the shipping costs. For orders below this value, a shipping fee of 199 NOK/SEK/DKK or $19 EUR/USD/CAD/GBP will apply.

I can’t track my order

If you are experiencing issues tracking your order, here are a few things to remember.

It can take up to 24 hours from when you receive the shipping confirmation until the tracking number is activated through the tracking service.

Make sure you are using the tracking details from your shipping confirmation email, not the order confirmation (these are two separate emails).

RETURNS

I want to return my order

Please make sure of the following criteria have been met:

› The return is initiated within 30 days of your order date

› The product is unused and undamaged

› All labels/tags are still attached to the product

Should the criteria mentioned above not be fulfilled, the product will be sent back to you and you will not be refunded.

We kindly ask you to create one return per order number. As each returned in linked to your order number, you need to file one return per order number. This is for our system and warehouse to be able to process your return as smoothly as possible.

How much does it cost to return?

If you wish to return your product Amundsen Sports will deduct $19 USD / $19 EUR / $190 NOK from your payment to cover some of the shipping and handling costs.

I am waiting for my refund

If you find yourself waiting for your refund please remember the following:

› Returns typically arrive at our warehouse facilities 8-12 business days after shipping. Our warehouses will at this point require 1-3 business days to process your return and to make sure all the return criteria is met.

› At this point, please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be transferred back to your account.

› The amount will automatically be refunded to the same card you used when placing the order.

If you haven’t heard from us (or received the credit memo”) within 14 business days after you initiated your return, please send us a message by pressing “submit a request”

WARRANTY

Submit a claim

If your product is broken or damaged we’ll need you to submit a warranty claim in order to evaluate whether the damage is covered by our warranty or not.

Please make sure you read the following as it’s necessary before submitting your claim.

› Make sure you have a valid proof of purchase (without this it’s extremely difficult to process the claim systematically). These steps are explained in the form.

› Please make sure to fill out the entire form.

› If your warranty gets approved you will receive instructions about how to proceed with getting a replacement.

How to get notified when products are back in stock?

If the product you are looking for is not in stock, you can sign up for the waiting list, and you will be notified as soon as the product returns. Keep in mind that some styles or color variations may be canceled and will not return.

You can sign up for waiting list on the product page. This allows us to send you a heads up when the product is back in stock.

Make sure to complete the registration in the email you receive.
