Returning Gifts

You may return unwanted Christmas gifts if the following conditions are met:

• The return is initiated by January 31, 2026

• The product is unused and undamaged

• All original tags and labels are still attached

Please note that we can only issue refunds to the individual who placed and paid for the order.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please register the exchange online.
The new size will be shipped to the original delivery address.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer online vouchers or gift cards.
