I've only had it for a few weeks and brought it with me on a snowboarding trip up in the alps and for a few days of overnight trekking. I chose between the "Skauen" and the "Peak" model and ordered them both to try on. I loved them, and if I had the money, I'd get them both. I went "Skauen" because I felt it was more versatile than the Peak model. It had a snugger fit, the material thicker and sturdier, and I also enjoyed the color options more. It worked great up in the mountains, it kept me warm in temperatures ranging between -8 to +5 degrees Celsius, and I was only using a 200 merino wool undergarment. Please note I was active in that temperature range. Not that I mind, but the hood won't fit a ski helmet as the "Peak" would. It is also suitable to note that it doesn't have a snow lock as the peak model. So if you are purely looking for a downhill-off-piste jacket, I feel the Peak or Ballroom is the way to go. However, I thought it held off great; I used suspenders to my knickers to get them higher. The front and side pocket worked out great, and I felt I could trust the jacket from the moment I tried it on; excellent breathability yet warm, and I was happy for the ventilation zipper as well.

I'm 184 and 73kg. The medium size was great for me, and I could fit one undergarment and one thick sweater comfortably underneath.

I highly recommend this product

Perfect shell jacket in minus degree conditions. First tests indicates great fabric breathability, with just a wool base layer under. Fabric is not as silent as the Vidda Anorak but much more quieter than Gore-tex, and it seems like the fabric can withstand backpack wear just as god as the Vidda. Appealing light colour (warm sand). Extra plus for the Zipper inside going all the way up to the armpit. 2 channels for headphone cords but no integrated compartment for phone in my copy.

Great fit, medium 175 cm.
