Huntsman Jacket

I’ve always been a big fan of the Buy It For Life movement, and this jacket is the absolute epitome of it. I’d be lying if I said I only needed this one jacket (I’m a fiend) but this is as close to perfection as I’ve found in a single garment. Dress up or down, use in active endeavours or more social ones, it really does it all. Pair that with exceptional materials, tailor-made fit, and timeless style, you’ll be hard pressed to beat it.

I just bought this at the Amundsen Sports store in NYC at about noon. I’ve been stopped a minimum of three times about this coat- and there’s a reason. It’s perfect. This fit is for the outdoorsman, the formal dresser and the casual man. Its balance is perfect. I really like its color and the situation of its pockets. I think I can wear this anywhere. It gives me what my gaiters, hoodie, anorak and sport coat give me- in one piece. One try-on and knew Inhad to have it. Will put it to the test in Iceland and Greenland this winter- but from this company and brand, I know it will be up to the task. And it’s f_____ gorgeous! If you wear a large, it s a true large. I don’t think you need to size up one or two sizes, but that’s ultimately up to you! Have a long sleeve polo and a scarf underneath and it’s not snug it’s just right. Buy it- you won’t be disappointed!
